Police report mountain lion sighting in Ulysses city limits

The Ulysses Police Department is alerting residents of a recent sighton of a mountian lion inside the city limits.

Overnight Friday night/Saturday morning, a camera in a residential area caught the mountain lion walking through the city limits.

According to the UPD Facebook post, they are in contact with and currently working with our local game wardens.

If you see or come across this or any large wildlife, they advise to leave it alone, do not approach it, and contact the Ulysses Police Department.
