Scott City, KS(westernkansasnews.com) Scott City schools held a public forum last night to inform the public of the improvement plans with their new bond proposal.
Superintendent Jamie Rumford says the proposal has three goals.
The proposal is currently projected at $26 million, but they hope to cut it to $25 million. Rumford on last nights forum.
