Officer Brandi Unruh with the Garden City police department isn’t convinced that systems which program your lights to go off at certain time is a significant deterrent to avoid a break in.
Unruh warns people to never ever say they’re leaving for an extended period of time on facebook. Those statements can also serve as an invitation for those looking to steal your possessions.
