Cold Weather Causing Isolated Power Outages
Garden City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) Wheatland electric had two power outages over the past couple of days. One Saturday night involving a circuit on Kansas Avenue and the other a transmission line near Southwind early Monday morning. Company spokesman Lynn Freese says outages can happen from time to time.
It has not been determined how many customers were affected.
