A Number of Changes For New Look Hugoton Football Team
Hugoton, KS (westernkansasnews.com) A new coach, a new attitude and different offensive and defensive schemes are in store for this year’s Hugoton Eagle football team. Expect Coach Todd Fulton to air it out more.
Lineman Genesis Martinez is confident the coaching staff has hit the right chord with the players.
Defensively, Coach Fulton will put more beef up front in a 5-2.
Linebacker Michael Baeza thinks the defense will use both speed and strength to hold team’s down.
The Eagles finished last year 5-4 and will have five seniors returning whey they begin the season at home September 5th against Guymon.
