How Sports and Entertainment is Increasing Dodge City’s Appeal

Dodge City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) An aspect that has build Dodge City into a leading economy in Southwest Kansas is sports and entertainment. Mayor Joyce Warshaw said during last week’s state of the city address that people are noticing.

Last month it was announced the tournament would return for a second year. The UW Arena is drawing more people for entertainment events too.

Several events this year include Boston concert, Sesame Street and US Wrestling.
