Sylvia Kaiser
Sylvia Kaiser, age 82, died on Saturday, March 11, 2017 at the Garden Valley Retirement Village in Garden City, Kansas. She was born on January 1, 1935 in Fredonia, Kansas the daughter of Mathias and Teresa Lies Messerschmidt.
She was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church in Garden City, Kansas.
On June 6, 1959 she married to Ferdinand Kaiser in Wichita, Kansas. He died on May 20, 2002.
She is survived by:
Four Children Carol Matthews of Garden City, Kansas
John Kaiser of Garden City, Kansas
David Kaiser of Garden City, Kansas
Teresa Grandinetti of Dallas, Texas
One Sister Donna Hammond of Emporia, Kansas
eight grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two daughters, Sharon Kaiser, and Virgina Sipult; four brothers, Clemmons Messerschmidt, Delbert Messerschmidt, Marvin Messerschmidt, Leroy Messerschmidt; and one sister Una May Foster.
There will be no calling times.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, March 24, 2017 at St. Mary Catholic Church in Garden City, Kansas at 10:30 A.M.
The rosary will be said on Thursday, March 23, 2017 at 7:30 p.m. at the church.
Inurnment will be held at4:30 p.m. on Friday, March 24, 2017 at the Sacred Heart Cemetery in Colwich, Kansas.
