Oklahoma Woman Killed in Seward Co. Accident

Seward County, KS(westernkansasnews.com) A one vehicle fatality accident killed an Oklahoma woman in Seward County Wednesday night.

At 9:51 p.m. at the 23000 Block of County Road 13 or approximately 3 miles South East of the city of Kismet. Vehicle 1 was West bound on Road 13. Vehicle 1 struck a deer in the roadway, drove off into the North ditch, over corrected across center line and entered a field on South side of roadway. Driver attempted to pull back onto roadway. Vehicle 1 rolled once, flipped end over end, then rolled two more times, throwing passenger out and coming to rest on its top on south side of roadway.

The passenger 44 year old Lorrie Honea of Turpin, OK was killed in the accident. The driver 39 year old Eddie Estes of Liberal was not injured.
