Dighton’s Small Town Mall celebrating One Year Anniversary Saturday
Dighton, KS(westernkansasnews.com) Saturday March 17 the Small Town Mall in Dighton will celebrate it’s one year anniversary. The celebration will include sales and bargains, free snacks, drinks, bake sale, door prizes and more.
Throughout the first year the mall has added various departments that include a little bit of everything. The mall features Hometown Hardware, Unique Treasures, Root Cellar Boutique, the Cottage Nook, Man’s Cave, Corner Parlor and a coffee area.
The mall has grown a lot and it’s first year and done very well according to Assistant Manager Crystal Hoffman.
“We’ve done very, very well we’re very proud of our dream and vision,” said Hoffman, “we are proud to announce it’s complete at this point, no more expansion. ”
Hoffman encouraged people in the area to check out the mall.
“As always small towns struggle to compete with larger businesses and online shopping, but we encourage everyone to come see us, we’re a one of a kind store and we hope Western Kansas will utilize us,” said Hoffman.
During the celebration on Saturday the Small Town Mall will be open regular business hours from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. The mall is located at 200 E. Long St. in Dighton.
