Maria Lemus
Maria Carmen Lemus, age 58, died April 7, 2018 as the results of a motor vehicle accident in Meade County, KS. She was born July 16, 1959, in Mexico the daughter of Benjamin and Maria (Mier) Castillo.
She married Xavier Lemus in 1976. He died on April 7, 2018, in the same accident.
She worked at National Beef Packing Company.
She was a very hard working, happy and friendly lady, wonderful cook, loved to dance, loved to have plants in the house and she loved her grandchildren.

Efrain Lemus and wife Mayra Emporia, KS
Ramon Lemus and wife Beverly Emporia, KS
Javier Lemus Liberal, KS
1 Daughter Nancy Lemus and husband David Liberal, KS
11 Grandchildren and 1 Great Grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her 1 Son Enrique Lemus.
Visitation will be from 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM, Tuesday, April 10, 2018 at Brenneman Funeral Home Chapel, 1212 W. 2nd Street, Liberal, KS.
Rosary will be 7:00PM Tuesday, April 10, 2018 at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church in Liberal, KS.
Funeral Mass will be 10:00 AM Wednesday April 11th, 2018 at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church with Father James P. Dieker Officiating. Burial will follow at Liberal Cemetery.
