A New deal on Kansas tax cuts appears to be unraveling

(TOPEKA) (westernkansasnews.com) – The deal struck by House and Senate negotiators would drop individual income tax rates and eliminate income taxes for 191,000 partnerships, sole proprietorships and other businesses over six years. Some senate members don’t like the plan because he sees it as too aggressive and believes it could lead to future budget problems.
