Sheriff Bascue: Man Shot Dead Sunday; Suspects in Custody
Garden City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) The Finney County Sheriff’s Department is investigating the shooting death of a 22 year old man from Garden City Sunday afternoon around 3. Authorities say the victim identified as Richard Lyons was shot while in his vehicle on the 5800 block of East Mansfield Road. Officers have taken both suspects into custody. Their names have not been released at this time.
