Four New Officers Are Sworn In
Garden City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) Monday was a big day for the four newest members of the Garden City Police Department. They were all sworn in by Chief James Hawkins. Congratulations to Seth Kerstetter, Kimberly Larkin, Christopher Seeman, and Bart Smith for reaching their goal of joining the police department.
