Garden City man arrested after walking out of trial

Garden City, Kan.–Law Enforcement have announced the arrest of 25-year-old Jesus Loya of Garden City on Monday.
Loya was located and arrested by U.S. Customs and Border Protection.
The Finney County Sheriff’s Office release stated that Loya walked out of the courtroom in the middle of his jury trial in Garden City on Thursday. Loya has been found guilty and wass wanted on a warrant for four counts of Kidnapping, four counts of Aggravated Robbery, four counts of Aggravated Intimidation of a Witness/Victim, four counts of Aggravated Assault, and four counts of Criminal Threat.
Loya’s Bond has been set at $1,000,000.
