Fun Day at Gertrude Walker Elementary On Saturday
Gertrude Walker Elementary School will host a Fun Day from 10:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, August 17th. The activities will be held in the school’s gymnasium and on the playground. There will be a number of activities that families will be able to participate in along with a bounce house. There will also be a hot dog meal provided during the event.
The event will provide families to get to visit the school and also get to know and visit with other families at the school. There will be a free will donation taken to help support the families impacted by the recent fire at Tyson. The donations will be used to create a Food Pantry at the school.
