Garden City High School will hold semester school January 13th – 16th and 20th – 23rd from 3:15 – 5:15 p.m. Enrollment will take place at 3:15 p.m. on Monday, January 13th, in the Arts and Communications Academy Student Learning Center, 2720 Buffalo Way Blvd.
Semester school is for GCHS students who have earned a 50 percent grade or better in their first semester class(es). They are eligible to attend semester school to earn a passing grade in that/those class(es). Students should check their first semester grades through the district’s Skyward system.
Attendance is mandatory until coursework is complete for students in semester school. Once a student has completed/passed the course that they are working on, that student may work on other courses. A student is not required to remain in semester school once they have passed a course.
