Improving Apartments While Keeping Accountability

Garden City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) How much oversight should Garden City have over landlords to make sure they are keeping up with rental properties?  That will be a topic of discussion between both sides in a meeting prompted by the Garden City Chamber of Commerce.  Chamber President Steve Dyer believes neither group wants to be overburdened.

For Garden City how do they meet the objectives without spending a lot of time or money?
