Dodge City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) This week is National Salvation Army week. This year’s theme is “learn a little, help a lot”. Tonight at the Dodg City Commissioner’s meeting at 7 p.m. the city will make a proclamation declaring it Salvation Army Week.

The Garden City Salvation Army doesn’t have any special events planned this week, but their stamp out hunger drive just brought in over 2,600 pounds of food this past weekend according to LT. Joyce Curran.
Salvation Army week lasts until Sunday May 21st.
