Scott City announces Feely as volleyball coach

Scott City, Kan. (westernkansasnews.com)–When Shelby Feely resigned in November 2020 after a four-year run, she knew that one day she wanted to return to coaching volleyball. That return to the court was made official Monday in the USD 466 Board of Education meeting.
In her four seasons as head coach from 2017-2020, Feely was 106-43, with a GWAC title in 2019 and a sub-state finals appearance that same season. During her tenure, the Lady Beavers finished with no fewer than 20 wins in a season.
A 2009 graduate of Scott Community High School Feely takes over for Hugo Cano, who coached the Lady Beavers for one season.
