Traffic control devices to be installed around Garden City

Garden City, Kan.–The City of Garden City has announced that traffic control devices will be installed around Garden City, beginning Monday morning.
The first one will be at the 4th Street and Fulton Street Intersection. Traffic control devices will be installed, with construction beginning shortly after. All turn lanes will be closed during this time. Eastbound and westbound traffic will be reduced to one lane, while northbound and southbound traffic will be limited to right turns only.
This traffic control layout will remain in place through Friday, June 27.
The second one will be at Harvest Road and US-400 Intersection, near Love’s Truck Stop. Traffic control will also be set up with construction to follow. A large number of cones will be placed to guide traffic, and East Prairie Avenue will be closed.
This layout will remain in effect through Friday, June 27.
They ask to use caution when traveling through these areas and be aware of workers and equipment.
